Coach Rashanda Austin is the competitive cheer coach at Daniel High. She has coached for 8 years and graduated from Liberty High School. She attended Anderson University and has a degree in English Education. She has been a SC Cheer Tryout Judge for at least 12 years and holds a National Cheer Safety Certification by AACCA. She enjoys the family and school spirit at Daniel. “Daniel’s school spirit is like NONE OTHER and it makes my job as the Cheer Program Head so much easier! Knowing that my athletes will get support from the community and student body encourages them to be All In all the time! D-dub is also a huge family and it’s so awesome to know that when you see the Lion and/or big D  on someone’s shirt, that you’re with people that have your back! #OneDaniel.”
